Hi everyone,
Just thought i'd add this video to go with the work that I did on the last module. This is an extract of my theatre's production of Evita in which I and some of my collegues are dancing to the song 'Buenos Aires'.

  1. Hi Laura,

Wow! That video is fantastic - I really enjoyed watching it! Are you the lady singing?

You seem to have numerous good ideas for our project - two jumped out at me.

Firstly, dancers and how they deal with/manage their nerves.

Secondly, Old Classics and Modern dance works – difference in impact – preferences.

    Good luck!

I look forward to reading your future blogs :)

  2. Hi Laura Beth,

Thanks for your comment, unfortunately I'm not the lady singing(if i sang I think i'd scare away the audience!)She is actually an estonian pop star and I am one of the dancers behind her.I'm glad you liked watching it, it's great fun to do and something a bit different for me as I my main job is as a classical ballet dancer performing in mostly contemporary and ballet works.
Also, thanks for letting me know about which topics stand out to you. After narrowing down the list and talking to collegues and some of my family, that one has come up as most likely to be my project title, so it's great you feel like this would also be interesting.
Hope things are going well your end, I'm trying to read as many blogs every day as I can to try and keep up with progress and so I'm sure i'll be visiting yours again soon!

    All the best

    Laura :)
